We convert a range of papers from a selection of key paper making suppliers. From common brown papers to the finest luxury tissue. We can print, wax, emboss, sheet, die-cut, and reel. We supply materials that are approved for direct contact with foodstuffs.
Our embossed paper production is accredited under the BRC/IoP Global Standard for Packaging. At the time of writing, we are the hold the only accreditation under this heading. We can emboss many types of paper; testliner and fluting, kraft, and polycoated being typical examples. Paper can be printed before embossing, and so can be a medium for point-of-sale promotion.
Typically, lightweight kraft and tissue are the grades selected for waxing. A coating on a single side or both sides of the sheet can be achieved. The wax we apply is of food contact grade, so the material finds use in applications such as cheese-wrap and burger interleaves.
We can print in up to six colours using the flexographic process. Material as light at 17 g/m2 tissue up to 200 g/m2 can be printed. As standard, we use food-grade, water based inks. Our printed material is used in high-end fashion retailing, in food service, in bakeries and in a huge range of other applications. We print reel-to-reel, with sheeting being a next-stage part of the operation. After printing, paper can be supplied in reels, or can be embossed and sheeted to customer requirements.
We have a range of tissue papers available, in a huge range of colours and weights. We can offer bleed-resistant and non-fading tissue for a number of applications including high-end fashion, and we can print in up to six colours.
We supply a number of different materials into various markets, including polycoated paper, laminates, greaseproof and siliconised greaseproof. Printing is an option, as is embossing. These materials can be supplied in sheet and reel formats.
